How do I install TivoWeb?

I have searched this (and the other) sites thoroughly and have no clue how and where to install the files? Any help is appreciated.

I installed them into /var/hack/tivoweb-tcl

I downloaded TiVoweb from http://tivo.lightn.org/ -- there's a README file there that I used to get my installation working.
