I have a dsr6000 w/35xtreme on the original 40gb segate hard drive. It was working fine for 2 months, and now it will freeze for 10-20 sec every 30-40 min. It is a sub card , no 3m or emu. could it be the hard drive going bad or is it something to do with xtreme? I tried re-loading 25xtreme and it still does it. please help!!

Thanks

This is going out on a limb (pun intended) but check to see if any nice large trees started to get their leaves between your dish and its view of the sky. Got a problem here, when the wind blows it waves the tree behind me enough to cause problems.

no limbs here. clear view to the sky. I going to switch hard drives today and see if that helps. I ran maxtor powermax on the drive and it came up clean though, but will try a different drive anyways.

I get the same type of problem on my t60. pic freezes and sometime the audio continues playing.

Did you have any luck with the new harddrive?
