Things to do..

Just wondering, whats on peoples 'to-do' lists that others aren't willing to address?

Off the top of my head, we need:
Removing nags/convincing tivo it is subscribed
Adding channel listings, probably through a 3rd party site
Preventing future upgrades from being done automatically (ie. we don't want the nasty encryption expected in 2.5)

What else?

I'm not particularly interested in the things like linking tivo's together, etc..
