Whats wrong with the one you have?
Can you describe some symptoms?

I could not use the remote and none of the front panel controls were working. Tivo just sat there on channel 100. It's working perfectly again, ever since I re-imaged the hard drive, which is wierd because I had another hughes tivo and swapped components and found the motherboard to be faulty. Thanks to all the replied. syst1
