Ok, I've figured out DaveTV and currently have an EMU setup that allows me to 'test' w/o too much trouble. Now the wife wants Tivo. Are there any Beginners Guides to TIVO hacking? I just need the most basic information to get started.

Thanks!

Thanks for the heads up! Is the Sony SAT-T60 a good choice for a receiver or do you have another recommendation?

Now, I'll say this not having looked at a directivo, but... When you are hacking directv, you don't want a phoneline connected normally... If you have the line connected to get your tivo listings, you may accidentally call directv while you're at it..

Or are there two seperate phone jacks on this?

There no two seperate jacks, so be careful.

I agree, the SAT-T60 is a great receiver.
I've had mine for about 6 months and have had no problems with it. I have to keep reading this forum, looks like there is a lot of good info on how to hack it here.
