I have been really really frustrated at not being able to get samples easily from them. I was really mad the other day, when I found out that for some reason, I wasn't allowed to get the new Citrus Magic sample. Why they wouldn't want an actual homemaker to sample this one was beyond me. I jotted down a little note, and I called up Citrus Magic today. Low and behold, my sample is on the way thanks to Jeff, their super-friendly rep. I bet it comes a lot quicker than it would have from startsampling too. Fooey on them!
