CloseoutsUSA.com was selling 27" VGA monitors (640x480 resolution arcade monitors basically)
The price was reasonable and all, although $60 for shipping was kind of hard to swallow.
They sent me one, poorly package and broken. I filed a claim, per their request, w/ UPS and they shipped me another when they got their money back. This one was also poorly packaged and broken.
Since then, if I do get ahold of them (by phone only, they won't return my e-mail anymore), they feed me a line of crap about replacing it and, low and behold... Nothing happens.
This has been going on for a few MONTHS now.
So unless you're buying a bowling ball from them, don't bother.

After months of complaining, I finally threatened legal action and was refunded my money in full.
The price was reasonable and all, although $60 for shipping was kind of hard to swallow.
