After new install - how long until i can record?

I just installed 25xtreme with subtest on a GXCEBOT. I have the thing hooked up for a few hours now. When I go in to "pick a program to record", there are only 6 items to choose from. If I try to "record by channel", I can see a program but when I try to get a season pass - I get a message that it hasn't downloaded enough information yet.

It has been about 4-5 hours since the "test call". Should it take this long?

Do I need to restart the tivo?

Restarting won't do a thing. It could take as long as 24 hours or more. I think that a couple of my seasons passes couldn't be recorded for the first 2 days, when I did it, but most were available sometime around 24 hours later.

You need to force "dailey call" not make a "test card".
