Adding Custom Channel Logos...how to?

Howdy, has anyone added custom channel icons to their TiVo? I'v downloaded the Logos module for TiVoWeb, but because of all the Dish channels, it won't run. I've been able to download the exsisting icons via http from my TiVo:

http://tivo/Resource/Image/tnn-s1-p1

Now that I've made a couple of my own for some of my custom channels, does anyone know how to get them back into MFS? And then associate them with a specific channel?

There's a thread on this at the TiVo Underground - looks like good progress, but it's annoying if you need TiVoWeb to make it work - I'm staying at 1.3 given my location.

Yeah, I've posted there, but so far everyone seems to be using logos that are already in the units, just adding them to new channels. I've got some logos for ExpressVu channels that I'd like to get into the unit.
