Season Pass & Locals Question

Here's a weird one I'm hoping someone can explain. I had my season pass set up to record the X-files, and Jag located in the 380's channels area.

Now, after I installed mvchannels and set them up for my area, the season pass has moved to record these channels in the local NY2, NY4, etc. range. I actually when and cancelled my season passes, and then put them back in, and now the 380's channels are not even an option to record a season pass show, but only the locals.

I had a similar problem a long time ago. It seems the Tivo uses the station call letters, and if there is more than one with FOX, then the lowest number is used. But, I thought this only happened with WishLists. Regular SP's should stick to the designated channel.

To test the theory, go to your channels setup and temporarily uncheck the FOX channel in the locals area and see if you see the 380's FOX show up for SP.

Your absolutely correct. I changed my guide to remove the locals stations, and the Season Passes move back up to the 380's.
