Magazine and Showcase Question

Just got my DTivo. Installed 2.5xtreme. What is Magazine and Showcase? I ran sc.tcl, but it still says I have to wait three days? Is this correct?

Give it some time, and in the mean time start reading some more. There are lots of threads about this.

PS, Mag and Showcases aren't much good (my opinion), but by making them work it keeps the drives from filling up with crud.
