What a sad day! I woke up to find my Philips DTivo was frozen. It's running the Extreme 2.5 upgrade and has been working fine for a month or two. This morning it wouldn't respond to any of the buttons. I had no choice but to unplug it and plug it back in.
Now all I get is a message saying "Can Not Boot Kernel".
It could be a dead hard drive or worse I know...
But is there any way I can restore the Kernel and not wipe the drive? There's a few shows on there that I haven't seen!
Many thanks for any help or suggestions.
