View Full Version : why won't dtivo boot with turbonet?

i installed a turbonert card in my tdivo and it won't boot at all ,, with or without drivers , as long as its on there ,, the dtivo won't boot. anyone have any clues?
(card bad?)

Be sure the card is fully seated on the connector. There is a piece of rubber-like stuff under the motherboard, and the TurboNet tends to catch on it. Mine also caught on the little retainer for the foot. I clipped the corner off the board and it went in a little easier.

There have been a few reports of defective boards too, so anything's possible.

thank you BubbleLamp , i'll check that out , it SEEMS like it went all the way on , but i will retry it again armed with this info ,, you got dee patience of a SAINT!
