Resolution Settings

does anyone know what the resolution settings work out to be for ver3.0?
I'd like to set best to 720x480 and then set Basic for SVCD recordings(480x480 and a bitrate that lets me get 70 or so minutes to a CD).

any idea what values I should be using for this?

I'm using 2350000 for CATVMediumVBRBitrate and 2500000 for CATVMediumMAXBitrate.

That gets me a 43.5 Mins (video) on a 80 min CD. (That's a 1 hr show w. commercials cut)
