The Mrs. Fields 25th Silver Anniversary Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal U.S. residents of at least 21 years of age, except: residents of the states of Florida, New York, Rhode Island and Arizona, employees of Mrs. Fields' Original Cookies, Inc., Mrs. Fields franchisees/licensees and employees of franchisees/licensees ("Mrs. Fields"), Carnival Cruise Lines, Coca-Cola, Inc. (the "Sweepstakes Entities") and their immediate family members and any affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies of Mrs. Fields. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Limit one (1) prize per household. Entrance period for the Sweepstakes is June 17 through August 31, 2002.
Prizes:
Mrs. Fields will award a total of two hundred seventy-six (276) prizes. The breakdown of prizes is as follows: One (1) five-day cruise aboard Carnival Cruise Lines FunShip® HOLIDAY, sailing from New Orleans, LA. Stateroom is category 6A ocean view based on double occupancy. Cruise must be taken by August 31, 2003, excluding holidays. Certain blackout dates apply. All terms and conditions of Carnival Cruise Lines Standard Ticket Contract of Passage, as well as those stated in the General Information of the company's brochure, shall be applicable to this promotion and cruise passage. Prize includes stateroom, Passenger Departure Tax, Customs and Immigration Fee, scheduled shipboard meals, shipboard entertainment and scheduled activities. The prize does not include gratuities or items of a personal nature such as soft drinks, in-room dining and other non-scheduled meals, etc. Guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, relative or guardian 25 years or older in the same stateroom. Cruise is non-transferable and non-refundable. Carnival's Vacation Guarantee shall not apply to prize cruises. Ship's registry: The Bahamas. In addition, round-trip coach airfare for two (2) will be provided by Coca-Cola for the cruise package winner. Airfare package includes coach tickets, taxes and ground transfers to and from New Orleans, LA from locations within the continental United States. Approximate retail value of the cruise package excluding airfare is $2,332. One (1) one-karat, princess-cut diamond solitaire anniversary ring, with an approximate retail value of $3,999. Twenty-five (25) Silver Anniversary Deluxe Gift Packs consisting of a Silver Anniversary mug, t-shirt and one dozen assorted cookies from Mrs. Fields. Two hundred-fifty (250) Mrs. Fields cookie tins filled with one dozen assorted cookies.
