SA and DTV local channels

Just hooked my SA TiVo up to DTV. My TiVo will not tune to channels in the 900's what am I missing? DO I need to run the setup again to clear my cable settings?:eek:

There are two settings. Direct TV(your local city) & Direct TV US. If you choose(your local city), the locals will only show up in the 2-80 range. If you choose US, you will be set for the 900's. It doesn't matter much for newer boxes, but the older ones(with 900 channels), need to be set up for US.

P.S. In case you don't understand. If you live in New York. One of your options will be Direct TV(New York), the other option will be Direct TV USA. Try choosing USA.

Redo Guided Setup (it's in the System Reset Menu)
Choose DirecTV - your local area
Next the Channel lineup comes up
Deselect channels 1-99 (your receiver can't get them anyway)

I had this same problem. Apparantly it's either 1 or the other. You can either get 1-99 or 900's. TiVo is get's confused when you have both selected. If channels 1-99 are deselected during the setup, the locals default to the 900's. I can't remember if the 900's show up during the setup phase, but they will when it finishes.
