Tivo OS 2.51 to 3.0. Thoughts???

I remember someone was working on TiVo Guide on TiVo 3.0 OS. I am thinking of upgrading but I have some questions I would like answered first....

- Is there any functionality lost from 2.51 in the upgrade to 3 (Nag screens, guide import etc)?
- TiVoNet and TurboNet boards. Do they work?
- What functionality is lost in Tivo Web?
- Does 3.0 bring up menus faster, slower or the same as 2.51?
- Do the hack disks such as Dylans work with 3.0?
- Does MFS tools work?

Nothing important is lost, some speed increase, network support built in, no loss in tivoweb, you just need to install the new version, hack disks work the same, mfs tools still works as far as I know.
