OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES, 21 YEARS OR OLDER AS OF March 6, 2002, date of entry.
One entry per person only. Online entries and entries submitted on-site must be received by 11:59 p.m. July 8, 2002, when sweepstakes ends.

One (1) Grand Prize: Four round-trip coach airline tickets from the major commercial airport nearest to the winner's home or residence in the U.S.; three nights/four-days accommodations (one two-bedroom casita), four 1-hour spa treatments, and one dinner at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain in Scottsdale, AZ. Winner will be notified by mail. Approximate Retail Value: $6,500. Travel subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and restrictions apply. Travel arrangements/accommodations at the discretion of Sponsor. Travel must be completed by May 1, 2003. Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release, which must be returned within 14 days of notification or an alternate winner may be chosen. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of prize offered constitutes consent that Sponsors may use winner's name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation. Travel companions must sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. By entering, participants release Sponsors, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize. In the event of noncompliance with these requirements, or if prize or prize notification is returned or is otherwise undeliverable, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All airport transfers, and hotel expenses above the daily accommodations and taxes, as well as meals and transportation not specified herein are the winner's responsibility.
