One (1) grand prize winner will be selected at random on Wednesday, July 31, 2002 and notified via telephone and/or e-mail (provided that valid contact information was given) within 24 hours of the drawing and prior to the posting of the winner's name at RadioLia.com. Three (3) runner-up winners will be chosen and prize fulfilled per the information provided on entry form.
One (1) grand prize winner to be chosen. Grand prize winner will win round-trip airfare for two to New York, as per arranged by Sponsor(s); two nights lodging in New York on September 20 and 21, 2002 as per arranged by Sponsor(s); ground transportation; two tickets to the Toby Keith concert in Wantangh, NY (Jones Beach concert) on September 21, 2002; "meet and greet" with Toby Keith; and one guitar autographed by Toby Keith. Three (3) runner-up winners will receive a guitar autographed by Toby Keith. Grand prize winner must provide a social security number for 1099/income tax filing purposes prior to the awarding of the prize package. Travel companion of grand-prize winner will be required to execute a waiver prior to the use of the prize package and its components. If the grand-prize winner fails to provide a social security number and/or travel companion of winner fails to complete waiver, the grand-prize becomes null and void. In the event that the grand-prize becomes null and void, the Sponsors reserve the right to determine if and when the grand-prize will be re-awarded and the terms applied to that prize award. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Winner shall hold harmless Jones Radio Networks, GAC, Countrystars.com, DreamWorks Records and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents in the event that security or any situation beyond the control of the Sponsor(s) and their artist(s) arise at the Toby Keith concert that prevent the winner from obtaining tour bus access or "meet and greet" with the artist(s).
