A two-sided, two-color, four-by-nine waterproof card that illustrates and describes the technique of breast self-examination in both English and Spanish.

The card, designed to hang in your shower as a reminder, is free, or it can be ordered in bulk by calling 1.877.SGK.SHOP. The price for 250 cards, including shipping and handling, is $62.50.
