Boat-anchor mode: True!

My tivo has gone into boat anchor mode even though it makes a sucessful call. I'm using 2.5 and have modified rc.sysinit to prevent an upgrade to 3.0. I've tried the nonagz script and while it does update the call times, it doesn't get me out of boat anchor mode. I can see that I have guide data. Any ideas on how to get the unit out of boatanchor mode?

A couple of questions:

1 - Have you restarted the unit recently?
2 - What is the current account status of the unit?

I fix this type of problem with fixup which updates the last call status and the account status. It does require a restart to completely get rid of the boat anchor status.

Yeah, I restarted and same thing. Account status is 5, lifetime (as it has always been). I hope I don't have to do a full reset

I noticed the entry for fixup (when I was searching for a fix early on) but couldn't find fixup. Any pointers?
