call in with directivo without card in and nows says never set up

Had this happen a few times and had to call tivo and it took forever for them to answer.

Why take card out, so no info on what I record it going anywhere.

I know maybe I should leave it alone.

I tried reseting with no luck and calling in with card and still says never set up.

Any ideas.
