I just received two Directv Ultimate systems. The first one I connected works fine. When I tested the other one I didn't get the welcome screen. All I get is serching for program Guide. There are no channels on the guide screen eather. I am thinking that I have to clear the memory and start from the factory settings because someone may of messed with it. Any ideas on how to do that??? Pulling the plug does not help
