tivo menu slugish...

hi guys-

when navigating through my menus and espically when changing channels, it takes a long time to change and is slugish. any ideas what i could do to speed this up?

it used to be slow before, but after putting on xtreme25 it seems even more slugish, like audio will come in 5 seconds before video....

its actually the program guide thats really slow and changing channels thats really noticable..

How long ago did you Xtreme the unit ?

If less than two days, just wait it out.
