locals question

OK I have a hacked Tivo w/extreem installed and I have locals, everything works.My problem is I cannot figure out how to get just some of the locals, I don't want all of them, very clumsy to flip thru and very slow. I think my own locals and may 2 others would do. Is this even possible? I thought I saw a how to on it but I searched and could not find it. Any help would be appriciated.

I believe that you can go to the parental controls area and select channels to lock out. I haven't done it but the option to lock out individual channels is there. ( not too many locals here)
