Philips DSR6000 with bad Tuner

I have a used Philips DSR6000 that will not receive any signal on either tuner (well, transponder 5 comes in on one tuner at about 30 & 9 or 11 does the same thing at 30-nothing else). When I hook another TiVo up to the same cables, it works fine so I know its not the cables.

This problem was occuring with the original hard drives and then I used 25Xtreme on a new drive with the same results.

I feel its something in the board which I have not pulled out yet. Any suggestions as to what to try or where to get it repaired?
