Swapping 2.5.2 into 2.5.1 extremed t60

Will a 2.5.2 stock drive work in 2.5.1 extremed Sat T-60? I know when I tried to put the extremed drives in stock unit it wouldn't boot until I re-extremed them and re-installed to get it to do the prom flash. I haven't tried to go the other way and put my stock drive back in. The dam*. thing won't even try to boot and I'm going to send it to Truett for repair but I need to know if the stock drive will boot after the prom has been flashed for extreme. I don't really want to send them my pair of 120's in the unit. Thanks for any help.

I expect it will work. Those of us with TurboNet cards use the same Extreme PROM flash to prevent TiVo from overwriting the root partition and cr@pping on our hacks and drivers.

Apart from the prom flash I'm running a 2.5.2 download from the mothership with various additional hacks and it works fine.
