"Colgate® Simply WhiteTM Style Makeover Sweepstakes" (Once) ends 12/15
PRIZE. Prize: One (1) Prize winner will receive trip for two (2) to New York City for a private consultation with Kim Johnson Gross (approximately1-2 hours), 5 days/4 nights hotel accommodations (dual occupancy), round trip coach airfare for two (2) to New York from major airport nearest winner’s residence, ground transportation to and from airport and hotel and $2,500 spending money. Winner agrees to travel between February-March, 2003 or prize will be forfeited without further compensation, and an alternate winner will be selected. Any Prize winner who lives within the New York City area will receive, in lieu of airfare, round-trip local transportation between winner’s home and hotel. Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to meals, tips, hotel incidentals and ground transportation. Winner and guest must travel together on specified itinerary. Accommodation restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsor’s approval. Any minor guest must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian on trip. Approximate Retail value of Grand Prize: $5,000 – but actual final value of trip may vary based on point of departure and ticket and hotel availability and cost at time of purchase.
