One (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Custom BBMak 2002 Mini Cooper automobile (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $25,000). Vehicle tax, title, registration and insurance fees and any expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner must have a valid driver’s license as of the date of entry. If winner is under 18 years of age, winner’s parent of legal guardian must have a valid driver’s license as of the date of entry and accept ownership of the vehicle. Vehicle will be delivered to the winner’s primary residence personally by winner’s favorite member of BBMak; and proof of insurance must be provided prior to delivery. The Grand Prize will be delivered by December 15, 2002. Winner will have the option to choose the color of the car. Twenty-five (25) First Prizes: One (1) autographed copy of BBMak’s “Into Your Head” CD and one (1) $50 Wet Seal Gift Certificate (ARV: $100).
Entrants must be over 13 years of age who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 states or D. C. (“Territory”) and not employees of either Sponsor; or their respective parents, subsidiaries or affiliates; or the advertising or promotional agencies of any of them; (individually and collectively, “Entities”) nor members of their immediate families or same households.
