25xtreme upgrade

I have a tivo with a freshly installed 25xtreme. I have been trying to add the 25xtreme upgrade to. All appears to go well following the readme on its installation untill step 8. when i try the "/tvbin/noppv.tcl dump" i keep getting no such directory or file. running the upgrade.tar should have installed this? shouldn't have it. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

I'm also having trouble loading to a sat t60, what i've been trying are both the dsboyce t60_xtreme and glitched's version, both have given up on the image transfer at 97%

help please, need more steps to go further, now i have no tv ~argh~ but that's testing right.

My problrm isn't with 25xtreme......its with the upgrade by KRavEN. After step 5) cpio -i -H tar -d -F upgrade.tar what should be returned. I keep getting 14360 blocks or some thing like that. then than bash prompt? is this right?
