Has anyone figured out a way to use a cool DVD extraction program, DVD2SVCD, to create SVCDs from a mux .m2v and m2a from TyTool5?

You have to set DVD2SVCD to PVA2SVCD (go to misc tab on DVD2SVCD) and use your mux .m2v and .m2a file from TyTool5. I tried it and it produced a great picture. However, the audio is way out of wack; several seconds ealier.

I am using bbMpeg to mux the file to be placed in PVA2SVCD. I didn't do any upsampling because PVA2SVCD can do that for me. The encorder I'm using is CCE 2.5.

I'm going to give this a try. FYI.. I went to download the PVAStumento software and there is a new version posted yesterday 9/28/02 with the following note:

"Internally some things have changed - mainly the correction of misalign audio frames, thus dropping less blocks than before."

I downloaded the software from http://www.offeryn.de/dv.htm

I'll let you know how it turns out.
