TivoWeb: Resouce editor page blank

I never went to my Resorce editor page on my tivoweb ( 1.93). I clicked on it today and I notice that there is nothing to edit. Is this done by design for the direct tivo as there is nothing ot edit or is something screwed up on my box?

Any sugestions would be helpful.
