Sony T60 Clearing and deleting?

I just bought a new Sony T60 last Friday. I blessed a 120gb drive and added it for additional storage...brought it home connected the telephone line and my WonderBox and went through the setup proceedure. Worked great for several days...now I disconnected the telephone line (until I extreme the box) and it still worked fine for a couple of days...then tonight all my IWB's went out and when I reset the T60 it came up at a dealer page...I chose to prepare the T60 for the customer and it went to a screen that says "Clearing and deleting everything. This will take an hour." I assumed this was okay so I left it there. It has now been over 3-hours and it is still at that screen. Is my T60 fried? Did I do something wrong? Is there anything any of you can recommend to help me?

imight be worng but i think the log files got to big and clean it self out and cleaned everthing that was put there and re build it self back.

I dont know why you got the dealer screen, but the 3 hours isnt overly long... with a 120gb drive thats expected, the bigger the drive the longer it takes..
