The DVD authoring package will merge the files.
You do NOT want to try to multiplex them yourself. It doesn't work.
First you need to patch the video header: search for "DVDPatcher"
Then you import them into your authoring package - search for "spruceUp" or "Maestro"
Then you patch the header again
Then you author the DVD. Check the manual or tutorial for the authoring package.
There is plenty of information and HowTos available in this forum if you search for them.

Look in the DTivo Video Extraction How Tos sticky thread. There's a post there with a title in really big letters about making a DVD from your Tivo. There's a link for a downloadable text file with explicit instructions. You newbies need to try looking at the obvious posts first. That's why we put them there.

Is it posible to pull the m2a & m2v together so that they are viewable on the puter?
I will have to wait on the DvD burning part till I purchase one.
BTW...Thanks for the resopnses to my questions.
