Fix Demo Question

For some unknown reason this AM, my system started to go into demo mode, did the readings and have uploaded the necissary file and changed the RC.sysinit as advised. My question is regarding the sleep time. It reccomends changing it to 1800. I am not 100% sure where to make that change. There is a line in the file as it came that reads

set tms 18000

I thought that a bit close to the requested 1800, is the 1800 a typo in the sticky? is this the correct line to make the change?

Been doing some more reading, seems some people don't feel using Fixdemo is a good idea and then all I have to do is force a call and the demo mode will stop. I have already setup the fix demo, I have no problem removing it, if it is a bad idea to run a loop program like this.

Can someome please let me know what is suggested. I will keep reading but it seems there are 2 distinct schools of though on this. I guess the question is if a forced call will remove the demo mode complettly that makes more sense. Will that work?

I got the demo mode again, tried to force a call, but I guess I really never knew how to do that, I tried to go into call and clicking on make call now. I just get a message saying line unavailable.

Any suggestions at this point.
