Free "X for Teachers" OS from Apple Computers
Apple is excited to announce "X for Teachers ". This program will give every K-12 teacher in the U.S. a free copy of Mac OS X v10.2 and will be launched Thursday morning at 6am EDT.
This program was developed to reinforce Apple's commitment to
education, to build awareness of the unprecedented stability and manageability of Mac OS X and to show teachers how Mac OS X gives them a powerful foundation for seamlessly integrating technology into their classroom.
A press release will go out and information on the program will be
available on www.apple.com on Thursday morning.
