Starting Tuesday, November 12, 2002 between 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second on November 12, 2002) and ending 23:59:59 PT Thursday, November 14, 2002 (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds)
What are the services?
Gallery: The Gallery fee (regularly $0.25) for Regular auction-style, Fixed Price, eBay Motors non-vehicles, Real Estate and Store Inventory Listings for all listing durations will be $0.01 on the U.S. site (www.ebay.com).
Gift Services: The Gift Services fee (regularly $0.25) for Regular auction-style and Fixed Price listings will be $0.01 on the U.S. site (www.ebay.com).
All other fees (insertion fees, reserve fees, final value fees and all other optional feature fees*) will still be charged. If you choose to List in 2 Categories the fees for each feature chosen will be $0.02. Listings created prior to November 12, 2002 but scheduled to start between November 12-14, 2002 will be eligible to receive the promotional fees.
What is excluded?
Gallery: eBay Motors vehicles, Sothebys.com, Live Auction, International and Professional Services listings.
Gift Services: eBay Motors vehicles, Sothebys.com, Live Auction, International, Professional Services and Stores Inventory listings.
The promotional fee does not apply to listings with a start date prior to November 12, 2002 - including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional fee also does not apply to listing created between November 12-14, 2002 but scheduled to start after November 14, 2002.
