Installing 25Xtreme on 2 drives???

I bought a 114 hour ADD-ON "B" hard drive from the 9th Tee. I would like to use the original 35 hour "A" drive that came with the T60 as my secondary.

I have read that the larger drive should always be your "A" drive.

On my PTV upgrade directions it tells me to move the jumper over to the leftmost position on the original 35 hour "A" drive. Is this step necessary for the installation of the drives in the computer prior to the downloading of 25Xtreme???

Will this make the 114 hour ADD ON "B" drive my new "A"???

which ever drive you want to make a you have to put that drive as master and the other as slave in the pc when you run xtreme and leave them that way when you put back in the tivo

You just need to make sure that the drives are jumpered correctly for where they are connected (Primary/Secondary, Master/Slave) and that you specify the correct drives when running Xtreme. Don't blindly take ANY jumper directions as gospel.
