The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (PST), Monday, November 18, 2002, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (PST), Monday, November 25, 2002 ("Sweepstakes Period")

The Kids' WB! "Shop 'Til You Drop" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia exclusively, who reside and are physically located in the U.S. and are four (4) to fifteen (15) years of age, inclusive, at time of entry.
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period, only once per hour per day for a total of twenty-four (24) entries per day.
Look for the promotional spots that will air intermittently throughout the Kids' WB! afternoon and Saturday morning (Sunday morning in selected markets) programs revealing who or what the Yu-Gi-Oh! animated series character Yugi ("Yugi") drops into his shopping cart.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. A three (3)-day/two (2)-night trip for two (2) to New York City for a two - thousand - five - hundred-dollar ($2,500.00) shopping spree at the flagship New York Toys "R" Us store.* Prize consists solely of round-trip economy air transportation for two (2) from the major gateway city airport closest to winner's home to a New York City area airport [if winner lives within one hundred and forty (140) miles of actual destination city, they may not be eligible for air transportation and ground transportation or a transportation fee may be provided at the Sponsor's discretion]; round-trip destination transportation to hotel via taxi (airport-hotel-airport) [if winner is not eligible for air transportation, round-trip airport to hotel transportation is not necessary]; two (2) nights' standard hotel accommodations (hotel of Sponsor's choice) [one room, double occupancy]; round-trip transportation to Toys "R" Us via private car (hotel-Toys "R" Us-hotel); a $2,500.00 shopping spree. A Toys "R" Us representative will escort winner on shopping spree. Actual cost of shipping purchases to Grand Prize winner's home address to be deducted from the $2,500.00 shopping spree credit. Balance, if any, of the dollar amount of shopping spree to be awarded to the Grand Prize winner in the form of a Toys "R" Us Gift Card. (Estimated total approximate retail value at time rules published [a.r.v.]: $5,500.00. Final a.r.v. based on winner's city of origin and actual Destination City.) *Destination city and/or Toys "R" Us store subject to change.
