PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Grand Prize ("GP"): A seven (7) day/ six (6) night trip for GP winner and up to three other people ("Guests") (4 people total) to Barcelona, Spain or to such other location in Europe designated by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Trip consists of round trip coach air transportation for GP winner and Guests from a major commercial airport near GP winner's residence to a major airport in or near the destination city, standard hotel accommodations (one room/quad occupancy); the opportunity for GP winner to meet one or more members of the S Club, and a payment of $1,000 for the GP winner only. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $5,600). Actual value will depend on point of departure and any airfare fluctuations. GP winner will be responsible for his/her and Guest(s) transportation to and from the selected airport near GP winner's residence. TRIP MUST BE TAKEN WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF NOTIFICATION ON SUCH DATES SELECTED BY SPONSOR AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, OR TRIP WILL BE FORFEITED. Once trip dates/times have been determined, no change or substitution of trip dates/times is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Trip is also subject to air travel and hotel availability, and other conditions and restrictions. In the event the opportunity to meet member(s) of the S Club is postponed, cancelled, or not available, for any reason, then the remaining elements of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to GP winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. If GP winner declines to participate in meeting the S Club, or is otherwise unavailable to meet the S Club, then Sponsor's obligation with respect to meeting the S Club is fulfilled. GP winner and Guests must take GP trip together. Any minor taking the trip must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, who must pay for his/her own travel expenses or be one of the Guests. GP winner and Guests are solely responsible for all ground transportation and all other unspecified costs and incidentals, including gratuities, phone calls, all meals, and drinks. GP winner and Guests are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents (passports, etc.) Forty (40) First Prizes: Each consisting of one (1) BrainQuestTM Talking Handheld (ARV $29.99) Total ARV of all prizes $6,799.60. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible Online and Mail Entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household.
