OK, I will verify that I am the person each software company wants to find how a stupid person won't be able to operate their software.
SA Tivo, Sony running 3.0
Installed mfs_stream and tyhttpd in var/hack/tivoweb-tcl
chmod 755 both of them
installed the modules to var/hack/tivoweb-tcl/modules
joe'd the .cfg file, it points to the right file
edited rc.sysinit.author (I'm afraid to edit rc.sysinit - hell everything always breaks for me.
rebooted
connected to tivoweb and there ismfsstream in the menu (YEAH!)
Click on it
shows the header line (titles, etc.) and the footer, but nothing in between! I know I have shows on this machien
search and read and read in this forum
find a cryptic post that someone else had this problem but solved it by upgrading to 3.0 (upgrade what?, i'm already running 3.0, and I think this guy was also. SO what to update?)
Now feel amazingly lost.
Last night's adventure was TivoApp, couldn't get it to run without crashing. TOnight is mfs_stream
tomorrow is probably TyTool
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
