tivoweb help

I'am new to linux and just learning the dtivo hacks.I have a dtivo t60 and with extreme25 and kravens update.I also have elseed running perfectly.I have my turbonet card pinging but no telnet.I'am trying to get tivoweb up but when i try to program at the bash prompt rm tivoweb-tcl-1.9.4.beta3.tar i get no such file or directory.I'am using /hack instead of /var/hack.I think this is correct?I can ping but no telnet.Any help would be appreciated
