Extract Video as normal (tytool)
vsplit to m2v and m2a
use IfoEdit .095 or get .096 to create VOB's (Make DVD)
Use ChopperXP to split the VOBs into smaller parts, marking in and out where commercials are located (its easy)
each mark set makes a new VOB.
Next use IfoEdit again to create the DVD...

Just wondering if it's possible to make an svcd similar to this procedure. Maybe take your end product and convert to svcd using tmpenc or something else. Not sure how vobs work and never worked with IfoEdit before. Has anyone done this before or have a better procedure for svcds? Would like some info before I go and try tmpenc that takes forever to encode.
I don't have a dvd burner so I have to do svcd. bummer huh?

Going to go check out vcdhelp now for any cool tools that might help me.

I have done it before... But the way i did it was create
chapter points with DVD Maestro or SpruceUp and then
use SmartRipper to rip the chapters i wanted (Show without
commercials). I just use the SmartRipper method that gives
you m2v and mp2 files instead of VOB's. Then i Mux with
TMPGenc and burn to SVCD.
