Help with T60

Well I just got what I think is the last SAT-T60 in the entire San Francisco Bay Area. Open box from The Good Guys. Hook the thing up and I only get a signal from transponders 1-8 from a cable where I usually get all. Talked to Zebs and was told that the tuner is broken. Any suggetions guys? I did get a 5 year warranty from Good Guys, but I have a feeling that'll take months. Can I just put another tuner in myself? I'm not a soldering expert but I know people who are. Thanks for the help guys!!

try running the satellite setup and set it up for single feed lnb (one tuner) and see what happens. Its a long shot, but mine did the same thing over a year ago. The one tuner worked, I rebooted then run the setup again and selected dual tuners. The unit has been running fine ever since.
