I am trying to extract the latest episode of Monster Garage. The episode title has a "/" in it, which generates a bad file name..

Here is the output from TyTool:

Name = 'c:\dtivo\Monster Garage-PT Cruiser/Tree Mulcher'
fsIDs = '383552/383553/383556'
Tivo Address = '192.168.1.101'
Connected...
cmd => 'TYSTREAM 383552/383553/383556'
Could not open an output file!

I am using TyTool5r2.

Thanks,
Brian

use the TCL regsub statement to replace or eliminate special Windoze characters. details can be found in this post (http://www.dealdatabase.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&postid=70566&highlight=regsub#post70566)

Thanks,
The regsub in NowShowing.tcl worked great.
