miscomunication

It has been brought to my attention that the post i made about my problems with caller id was taken the wrong way because of the thumbs down. Let me make myself a little clearer, i think the upgrade is the best software ive seen yet. I am very pleased with the ease of use. The only question that i have is this. I am very new at this, and i never tried to install the caller id software. Since it was included in the upgrade i decided to try it since it is already on my phone line anyways(caller id that is). But it does not work. Do I have to do something else to my dsr 6000 to get this to work.


any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
