I'm trying to get my PN locals to come through on the program guide so I can setup my season passes after doing the 3.1 upgrade and I'm having a lot of problems. I see a lot of posts about "multi locals with 3.1" so I assume what I'm trying to do is already working with most people.
Before this upgrade I had the PN locals coming through just fine (these are the only locals I want) and the program guide came through fine. But now for some reason after I reboot PN and MI show up, MI shows guide data and PN shows "to be announced". But I can only pick up the PN locals, MI doesn't come in at all. Nothing has changed on the access card from when I was running 2.5 and the PN locals and the guide data always came in fine. If I re-run mvchannels1.3.6 it gets rid of the MI locals and the PN are left, but they still show "to be announced".
I thought it might just need to download the guide so I let it sit like this for a day. Same thing. I've cleared the Program Guide and To Do list more then once, Reset mvchannels, did a new dumpall, edited for PN locals, reload and ran. I also went through the guided setup mroe then once. What else am I not thinking of? Should I do these steps in a different order? Could it be the access card (even if it was working fine and 2.5.1 and hasn't changed)? I understand that directv only allows you to view one set of locals. It looks like for some reason they think mine are MI.
Any help would be great. Thanks!
