upgrade or just add a few things?

Hi all-- I havnt been for a while and man-- all sorts of new things. I have been reading for a few hours but ended up with a few question that i couldnt really find answers for.

Right now i have xtreme2.5 on my dsr6000 along with Kravens upgrades which i guess brings it to 2.5.1. I see there is now a 2.5.2 upgrade-- The thing is that i dont really need all of the stuff built into the upgrade cause with Kravens i have noppv, logsnull and fuxsub.....The only things I would like to add are tivotitle, nosdd amd tempon. So here are my questions

1. Is 2.5.2 more table then 2.5.1(extreme 2.5 with kravens) My dsr is running fine with xtreme2.5 and kravens-- Will the upgrade give me a more stable os or are people doing it just to get all the goodies in 2.5.2.

2.Can i add Tivotitle, tempon and nosdd to my current 2.5+kravens set up?(do i need nosdd with kravens allready on there?--i thought he had something in there for this function)

3. If you guys think i should upgrade-- is there a list where i should select what i would like to install or does it all just go on ther and stay turned off?

If you guys think i should upgrade-- is there a list where i should select what i would like to install or does it all just go on ther and stay turned off?If you install xPlusz on v2.5 then the install process will prompt you for the hacks you want to activate. If you use the v252 xupgrade, xPlusz comes installed but none of the hacks are activated by default and you'll need to use xPlusz commands to activate.

I suggest you just add xPlusz to v2.5 and see how you like it. You can easily uninstall. If you decide to do the v252 xupgrade then going back to v2.5 might be difficult unless you make a backup.

Well sounds like i have two choices. Right now i have xtreme2.5 and Kravens-- i can add the upgrade or just add xplus

My second option is i have a second drive and could just apply and new xtreme to it and test with this one keeping my original in good shape.

here are my questions
1. I see that you have a dsr6k 2.5.2x1 version at tivostuff-- if i use this would i get the same thing as if i installed xtreme 2.5 and added the 2.5.2 upgrade?

2. The dsr6k2.5.2x1 comes as a mfs file--Im not really sure what to do with this. Do i have to convert that to a iso file?--- There is lots of info around on how to install the xtreme2.5 with the iso but i cant find any info on how to use the mfs files(wish there was a read me with the dsr6k2.5.2x1 on how to use it.)
