So I am thinking I may just build a custom case for my t60 that would allow better cooling, lower noise levels, etc. I will probably use lexan/acrylic/plexiglass to do so and will make it larger then the stock box and re-arrange the placement of items to allow better airflow and the addition of cooling fans to the unit.

My real question for people is on the powersupply. I know the supply is weak and one of the more common areas of failure so has anyone got enough information to modify a typical computer power supply (say 250w) to work as the supply on the dtivo? I doubting this has been figured out since I cannot find any info on it but when in doubt ask.

If not I guess I will just build the case and install an extra DC converter to power the additional fans and such so as to not put additional draw on the stock power supply.
