I upgraded by pulling my HD and putting it in a computer.. It all seemed to work fine.. Then I put it back into my tivo and it booted but it never updated.. So I uploaded the files via ftp and ran them like that. It worked.. well sort of.. My xplusZ did not work at all. So I installed it by hand and it still does not work at the call waiting prefix. It only works with the XM or XP command.. What ever it is.. I can not get TIVOweb to start with the XM/XP command.. It says it is loading it but I never can connect to it. Whats the deal? I tried to install it again but it will not let me saying 3.1.xx.xxx is an invalid version or tivo or something to that extent.. I need to get this working the way it should.. Ideas? thanks guys!
